These conditions apply to consumer purchases made through www.ferelya.com, operated under the FERELYA brand. For seller identification and contact details, see Contact. Nothing in these conditions limits rights consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

We aim to display product names, shades, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and individual perception. A product listing is subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you and arrange a suitable remedy or refund.

Prices on the webshop are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown in checkout before payment. Promotions and discounts are subject to the stated conditions and cannot necessarily be combined. Payment options and processing are handled securely through Mollie.

Before submitting your purchase, you can review your bag, shipping details and total cost. After successful payment, you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to address an obvious technical pricing error or suspected fraud in accordance with applicable law.

We ship to destinations enabled in checkout, using the methods offered for each destination. Available delivery estimates and costs are communicated at checkout and on our shipping page. We notify you if a delay arises. Legal delivery obligations and risk-transfer rules continue to apply.

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, subject to legal exceptions including qualifying hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed. We also offer a 30-day extended return policy for eligible unused, unopened products, as explained in Returns & refunds. You may use our dedicated online withdrawal function. Statutory rights always take precedence.

Products must meet the quality and conformity standards required by law. If an item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact info@ferelya.com with the details so we can help. Consumer rights and statutory remedies are not excluded or reduced by these terms.

Keep your account details confidential. You may not misuse our site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. All original FERELYA brand content, imagery and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We process personal information according to our Privacy policy and manage optional website tracking through our Cookie policy.

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers in other countries of mandatory protections applicable to them. Where disputes arise, we prefer to resolve them directly and fairly. These terms may be updated for future orders; changes do not retroactively alter concluded contracts. Updated 15 October 2026.
