When you place an order or create an account, we process information such as your name, email, delivery and billing details, optional phone number, order history and payment status. We also process messages you send through our contact form, shipping and tracking information and the technical information necessary to keep our website secure.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider; FERELYA receives transaction information needed to process and administer orders, not the full payment card number.

We process data to fulfil your purchase and deliver your parcel (contract), maintain legally required business and financial records (legal obligation), answer enquiries and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and send marketing or use optional tracking technology where you have given appropriate consent. You may withdraw optional consent at any time.

We may share necessary details with providers that help us operate the store, including our web host and email provider, Mollie for payments and the shipping provider selected for your order (such as PostNL or DHL). Depending on the services used, we may use address-suggestion technology and optional analytics. Partners receive only what is necessary for their roles and subject to applicable safeguards.
